Converting Flagellants for Cities of Sigmar

Mutant Modifiers miniature modification studio presents the first assembly of Flagellants! Complete bonkers. One's got a hobby horse, other likes to wield big hammers as weapons and earrings. There's a demented drummer, a startled bell chimer and a beggar. Many are clarifying some important facts with books, scrolls and pamphlets to anyone listening. I really wanted these Flagellants to portray certain level of madness, rather than being just robed warriors wielding dangerous looking weapons. These guys are just village fools.
